“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
Steve Jobs
Some years ago, I decided to become a life coach. I met and studied with many exceptional coaches that taught me many great lessons.
After some time though, I realized that most of them weren't able to share coaching the way I believe it should be. There was a lot that was being lost and I thought to myself that there must be a better way.
There was, and it was right in front of my eyes.
I've always seen the Internet as something that has fundamentally changed the way we do things. And yet, for as much as I could see this, I had no idea how to tap into it.
I knew I had to have a website, I just didn't know how to make one. I also didn't have tons of money to pay someone to do it.
I did have something going for me though, a desire and willingness to learn. From then, I've spent countless hours at my computer studying and learning what I can.
At times, its been confusing and uncertain. And, I can't say that I haven't made mistakes along the way, I've made many and thankfully so.
Why? Because essentially, it brought me to discover the system I use to create this website.
I'd like to share this story with you and hope that it opens up a way for you to express your unique gift to the World as well.
My wish is that this turns into a place where life coaching can be learned and shared and helps people succeed.
When a community shares knowledge, great things can be achieved. And bringing people together is what coaching is all about.
