About This Website

I was sitting in my chair like I had done so day after day, for over 8 years. I was looking at my computer monitor, waiting for the next call to come in.

There was something very different happening at that moment though. Gone were the hundreds of people that worked with me, the season rushes that brought everything to life, the exhilaration of starting day.

I was one of the last employees to leave, when the company I worked for took a nose dive into non-existence. It was a sobering experience. I saw my all too comfy, comfort zone suddenly break up under me, and it really sucked.

Would it surprise you, if I told you that it just might be the very best thing that could have happened to me?

When you're at a crossroads, sooner or later you're going to have to decide which way you're going to take. I was at that point. Years later, this is where the road has taken me.

The way I've learned and come to understand life coaching, is in many ways different than for many people.

I've gone through the training, given my share of coaching and experienced being coached as well; sooner or later, all coaching turns into life coaching.

I really believe everyone could use a little coaching in their lives. This website is dedicated to the learning of life coaching in all of its facets.

If you're a life coach, and even if you're not, there are plenty of resources you can find in this website to help you improve yourself, your craft and your business. From the basic skills to having your own website , you'll find plenty of information to help you make the best out of your life coaching journey.

I truly hope you enjoy the ride.

Best,
