Do You Have The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind In Your Corner?

Taking Advantage Of Your Mind

Your mind is an incredible tool, that can be harnessed to provide you with endless benefits. Yet for as much as we use it, we're still pretty much in the shadows of learning to use it to our advantage.

As much as 5/6ths of what goes on in our minds, does so without our even knowing it. In other words, much of our thought processes are carried on at the non-conscious level. The workhorse of thought and of everything we do, is our subconscious mind.

Joseph Murphy describes our subconscious mind, as a kind of "dark room" where the images that are lived out in real life are developed. Whereas the conscious mind sees an event, takes a picture of reality and remembers it; the subconscious sees something before it happens. We recognize this as the power of intuition, a sixth sense that comes to our aid, when we choose to listen to it.

There's an important aspect to how our mind processes information, which gives us the opportunity to change our lives. This is done, by modifying the messages that are fed to it, via our imagination; altering the mental landscape that shapes our reality.

The subconscious mind, responds to the habitual messages that we give to it; that's why it's critical to be mindful of the frame inside which we place our thoughts. Habitual negative thoughts will manifest themselves, with the same certainty as positive messages; the subconscious mind, cannot tell the difference between the two.

William James, the father of American Psychology believed that the greatest discovery of the 19th century was the power of the subconscious mind. Added to the endowment of faith, we can fully reign in the power of thought.

A feeling of relaxed faith, coupled with positive emotional messages equals results. This has to do, with how our brains evolved. What we believe, makes us who we are; what we expect to be true, will be so.

Here's some more food for thought...

Your subconscious mind, understands the idea of compound interest; by giving it little "thought deposits" of abundance, over time they will compound to produce a large principle.
